7/10 Themes: Sea Dragon

I havent updated this challenge in so long!! >:U _{I forgot for a bit then was too lazy lol excuses excuses}
I started last year and still have three more to draw... lD
I must finish this mini challenge within a year. I have until July. lD

So this is Kanon of the Sea Dragon scale and later the Gemini cloth! _{Love Kanon and Saga <3}
I sketched and lined this a long time ago _{like a month ago} but was a little scared to shade the hair normally because I tried to draw the shape slightly different (thinner and more strands, etc). SO i tried a new shading style. It looks very cell-shaded and out of place compared with the rest of the pic so i think i need to change that for next time. _{if there is a next time...}
